吴俊文 职务：东方亿融财经信息咨询服务有限公司总经理 个人简介：Anthony Wu, Chief Executive Officer of China Beacon E-financial Services Company Limited, is a former investment banker, corporate advisor and an entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Wu has founded Sinon Development Corporation, Pharma Vest Limited and co-founded Electronic news for China and Computer Sources-two popular magazines for China and North America as well as Asia Pacific Holdings Group which has held or still holds stakes in several sino-foreign joint ventures, including one of the largest auto-parts manufacturers in China. As a corporate and financial advisor, Mr. Wu has advised the Sanjiu Enterprise Group, Beijing University Winning Group, H&Q Asia Pacific and several other large corporations in China and has had personally arranged more than US$250 million funding for various companies in Hong Kong and in China. As an investment banker, Mr. Wu was one of the funding members of the UBS China Asia Direct Investment Fund in which Mr. Wu actively participated in the management and investment of the $150 million fund and led most of its investment activities in China.
