Pacific Internet Ltd. (NASDAQ: PCNTF) is the only Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the

Pacific Internet began providing commercial Internet services in September 1995, when it
took over the TechNet unit of National University of Singapore, a closed research and
development computer network for academics. TechNet started operations in 1991 before any
other ISP in Singapore, so it can be said that Pacific Internet is the most experienced
ISP in the region.

In November 1999, Pacific Internet launched its Pacfusion.com portal to focus on
opportunities in e-Commerce, content, community and communications services. The company

revenue base from Internet access to e-Business.
