个人简介：
张向宁，创联万网国际信息技术（北京）有限公司（原北京创联通信网络有限公司）合作创始人、董事长兼总裁。1972年出生，1989年16岁以优异成绩考入北京师范大学物理系学习，18岁主动放弃学业退学。1995年，张向宁和其哥哥张向东在北京创立一家专门从事互联网和信息高速公路技术的开发、应用、推广和服务的公司。1996年4月27日，张向宁任总经理的北京创联通信网络有限公司成立。

创联万网国际信息技术（北京）有限公司专注于中国e网络体系（e-infrastructure）建设，目前是中国最大的网站寄存（Web Hosting）电子商务平台提供商，蝉联中国互联网信息中心（CNNIC）域名注册全国优秀授权代理第一名，
全球互联网络信息中心InterNIC（NSI）在亚洲唯一的"金牌级"首席合作伙伴。
公司在中国北京、上海、广州和成都等地及香港和美国东西海岸建立了庞大的服务器机群，拥有包括海尔、同仁堂、TCL、青岛啤酒、英特尔（中国）、诺基亚（中国）等近十万家客户。
公司于1996年由张氏兄弟在中国北京成立，1996年底在中国掀起域名危机意识宣传，引起全国震动，并最早开始提供域名注册服务，既而成为最大的域名服务商。1997年在中国最早推出虚拟主机服务。1998年底提出的IPP概念和行业定位，目前已成为普遍应用的行业名词。同期推出"中国万网"（www.net.cn）计划，影响深远。2000年初倡议和组建"中国企业上网服务联盟"，联合了新浪、网易、搜狐、中国计算机报、计算机世界、青岛啤酒、长虹等42家中国最有影响的知名互联网公司、著名媒体、大型企业共同发起成立，并宣布2000年成为中国的"企业上网年"。
2000年中期启动"中国企业电子商务工程"，开通了工程主站点www.com.cn，强力推动中国企业应用Internet和电子商务的进程，在海内外引起强烈反响。 公司1998年成为中国极少赢利的互联网企业。1999年初获得IDG风险投资支持，2000年获得美国新桥投资（Newbridge Capital）支持。现在，中国万网正以每年400%以上的成长速度，迅速成为中国e网络体系的缔造者和企业电子商务应用的第一平台。

for 20 months running and the only Premier Gold Partner in Asia of InterNIC, Civilink
is indisputably the largest web hosting and E-commerce platform provider in China.
Civilink's server clusters in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hong Kong, San Hose, Atlanta
and Washington D.C. form a fault tolerant hosting network
with first class mirroring and caching capabilities. On Civilink's client
list are about 100,000 businesses in China
including Haier, Tongrentang, TCL, Tshingtao Beer, Intel (China) and Nokia (China). Civilink was founded by
Zhang brothers in 1996. At the end of the year Civilink initiated a widely
publicized national Domain Name Awareness campaign. Then Civilink became the
first in China
to offer domain name registration service, the first step on its way to
becoming the country's largest domain name service provider. In 1997 Civilink
was the first in the country to offer Virtual Hosting service. In late 1998
Civilink introduced into China
the concept of IPP (Internet Presence Provider), an acronym now widely
adopted by the Chinese Internet industry. The Wanweb Plan (building and
hosting 10,000 web sites for Chinese businesses by the end of 2000) rolled
out at the same time has attained high reputation in various circles. In
January 2000, joined by 42 most prestigious Internet companies, Internet
media, giant enterprises nationwide including Sina, Netease, Sohu,
China Infoworld, China
Computer World, Tsingtao Beer and Changhong Electronics, Civilink set up the
China Business Getting Online Alliance. The alliance named 2000 as the year
for Chinese Businesses to Get Online. In mid 2000 Civilink launched the
Project of Chinese Enterprises Adopting E-commerce (www.com.cn). The project
aims to give a further momentum to the wide adoption of E-commerce in Chinese
enterprises. The project is much acclaimed both at home and abroad. Civilink
was the only profitable Internet company in China in 1998. In early 1999
Civilink was invested by IDG venture capital. In 2000 Civilink acquired a
substantial investment from Newbridge Capital (a US company). With an annual
growth rate of 400 per cent, the company is rapidly becoming the Creator of
Chinese e-infrastructure and the first business E-commerce platform in China
