the Managing Director, Head of Technology and Chairman of Merrill Lynch
China. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in December 1999, Mr. Liu worked for a
number of US and European investment banks including Credit Agricole
Indosuez, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Smith Barney and Rorthschild Inc.
Mr. Liu graduated from Harvard Business School with a MBA degree in 1987. He
also holds a BA 0degree in Economics from Brandeis University and BA degree
